hi jess! thanks for posting the article, actually I was talking to neil, and he mentioned how they used to do an alternative competitions to the ones that were set, a "not what are you like!", and then have their own exhibition! After reading the article, I immediately rose to this idea, as it confirmed my worst horrors at this being a classic middle class, sissy pants, pat my darling friends on the back exhibition. Who gives a monkey's that dear quentin likes bacon! It's also funny that the really only interesting one is Shirgley's!
so how about it! A Not what are you like, with your not favourite objects - this sounds much more fun!
