Watercolour How To

One of the first you tube videos that I will be posting on techniques that are worth sitting up to!
Once you get past the cheesy intro and the la di da accent, then you can really understand how watercolour should be approached - and listen to how he focuses on shapes!!


and another lovely demo which I've never seen before in relation to stretching paper and its benefits for soft painting

That was interesting, especially the bits about simplifying things, it's not something I'd thought of doing before.

Cheers Chiu that was very interesting.. I have been looking at loads on youtube there are quite a few knocking around. Think im gonna have a go at the paper stretching.

I think I left my 3 books there the other day..Oliver jeffers'lost and found', Gwen Millward ' Dragon wood' and Nick butterworth Percy's park.
Did anyone pick them up, or are they still there?
